3PL Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Own daily operational monitoring across multiple 3PL partners using KPIs, dashboards, and reports
• Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs and hold partners accountable through data-driven
• Investigate operational issues across systems, carriers, and warehouses, documenting root cause and
• Analyze large data sets using Excel and other reporting tools to identify trends, anomalies
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve recurring reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy
• Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams, 3PL partners, carriers, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal), with strong communication skills
• Strong Excel skills, including working confidently with large data sets, formulas, filters, and
• Experience working with large operational datasets, KPI reporting, and performance analysis is
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a low-supervision environment

🎁 Benefits

• This role requires West Coast–based working hours and location.
• Preferred Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PT, Monday through Friday. Schedule may be adjusted
• Strong Excel proficiency is required for reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
• Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
• Experience identifying and implementing workflow automations is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not required.
