📋 Description

• Lead local social media strategy for Romania across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to align campaigns and content calendars.
• Drive community engagement and build relationships with influencers and partners.
• Manage end-to-end content creation and activations for product launches and events.
• Track analytics and prepare actionable performance reports for cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• You bring 4–6 years of experience in social media management and execution.
• Fluent in Romanian and English; additional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute local social media strategies across key platforms.
• Strong storytelling, short-form video production, copywriting, and trend awareness.
• Experienced in managing influencer/creator collaborations from brief to execution.
• Data-minded with ability to translate insights into action; organized with strong project
