ABA Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with autism and other
• Lead a transdisciplinary team of behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver clinical care.
• Provide flexible hybrid remote work options with in-person and telehealth components.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required; current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising BTs and leading ABA clinical programs.
• Strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team across OT, speech pathology, pediatrics, and
• Ability to implement strength-based, holistic ABA approaches in a hybrid setting.
