• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead a transdisciplinary team of behavior technicians (BTs).

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current BCBA certification and ongoing licensure/continuing education as applicable.
• Current BCBA license renewal and related administrative responsibilities.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
• Experience supervising BTs and coordinating ABA program components.
• Strong collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and other clinicians.
