📋 Description

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with autism and related
• Lead a transdisciplinary team of behavior technicians (BTs) and support clinicians to thrive and
• Flexible hybrid remote work option with telehealth-enabled elements as clinically appropriate.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to BCBA/BT staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Balance clinical duties with administrative and scheduling responsibilities.
• Support families and collaborate with other clinicians to create individualized care plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in human services or related field (as indicated by Cortica requirements).
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and leading ABA teams.
• Ability to work in a transdisciplinary, patient-centered care environment.
• Flexibility to operate in a hybrid remote/on-site work model.
