📋 Description

• Provide academic support to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers to align tutoring with classroom learning.
• Track student progress through notes, assessments, and follow-up.
• Encourage learning with positivity, persistence, and curiosity.
• Boost students' confidence and help them see themselves as capable learners.
• Motivate students to stay engaged and take ownership of their academic journey.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong math and reading skills
• Availability to work 4 hours daily, Mon–Fri (10AM–2PM)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Enthusiasm for working with children and partnering with caregivers
• Dedication to safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Complete pre-employment fingerprinting and reference checks
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
