Access Engineer & IAM Auditor

📋 Description

• Design and implement a standardized access audit process from scratch
• Define risk-based audit scope for a large multi-system landscape
• Run regular and ad-hoc access audits across the env, incl. privileged accounts
• Audit GCP IAM, LDAP, and PAM tools for issues
• Prepare audit-ready reports and evidence for auditors
• Track remediation with owners and ensure timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as Access Specialist/IAM Auditor or similar
• Experience designing an access audit process from scratch
• Hands-on with GCP/LDAP (roles, permissions, org policies)
• Experience with Privileged Access Management tools
• Experience with IGA tools (e.g., One Identity, Okta, Entra ID, Keycloak)
• Familiarity with ISO27001, SOC 2, NIST
