📋 Description

• Support ClassPass fitness and wellness partners across the region.
• Handle day-to-day partner service and platform optimisation.
• Assist in onboarding new partners and ensure smooth activation on the platform.
• Resolve partner questions and issues via email and support channels.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on reports and outreach campaigns.
• Deliver excellent partner experience with prompt, professional, and empathetic responses.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in customer support, account coordination, or operational roles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfort using CRM systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional verbal and written English and German.
• Alignment with core values and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
