Account Executive

📋 Description

• Prospect and qualify leads to identify PadSplit Hosts.
• Execute outreach via cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Host discovery calls and meetings to assess needs and barriers.
• Deliver value propositions: higher revenue, simpler management, impact.
• Build and nurture relationships with property owners.
• Close deals and onboard hosts with negotiated terms.

🎯 Requirements

• B2B or B2C sales experience in real estate or property management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote startup.
• Adaptable with problem-solving and objection handling.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and investing is highly desirable.
• Tech proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools.
