Account Executive

📋 Description

• Prospect and qualify leads to PadSplit Hosts
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and networking
• Host discovery calls to understand needs and barriers
• Close deals and onboard Hosts
• Build and nurture trust-based owner relationships
• Collaborate with onboarding teams for smooth setup

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience in B2B or B2C, real estate or property mgmt
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently remotely
• Adaptability and problem-solving to tailor solutions
• Knowledge of real estate markets and investing dynamics
• Tech proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
