📋 Description

  • Acquire high-quality new clients via outbound hunting; cross-sell and upsell existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities in mid-to-large businesses; meet targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Provide feedback to management, product, and engineering to improve Jeeves features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to develop materials and boost conversions.
  • Work with Country & Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed quota targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
  • Fluent in English; global company uses English for internal communication.
  • Top-tier consulting or investment banking experience; fintech/payments/cross-border preferred but not required.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-focused; strong communication.
  • A network of transferable B2B relationships with mid-to-large businesses, enterprises, and later-stage startups.
  • Demonstrated ability to present to CFOs, Partners, and business owners; proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
