Manage and grow relationships across ~200 restaurant clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and close new business
Run discovery calls, present solutions, and manage deals through the full sales cycle
Maintain pipeline, notes, and activity logs in the CRM
Serve as primary contact for client needs, concerns, and reorders

🎯 Requirements

Experience in B2B sales or account management with outbound track record
Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while hunting
High emotional intelligence — build trust and navigate complex relationships
Excellent spoken and written English for US client-facing communication
Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
Experience working with US-based clients
