🎯 Requirements

Sales or account executive experience in staffing, recruitment, BPO, or managed services.
Strong discovery and consultative sales skills.
Comfort with live candidate introductions and real-time client interactions.
Excellent verbal communication and video presence.
Highly organized, self-directed, able to own processes end-to-end.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
