Account Executive - Stablecoin Solutions

📋 Description

• Acquire new clients via outbound hunting; cross-sell/upsell existing accounts.
• Own full sales cycle for Jeeves InstantPay and stablecoin solutions.
• Target and close mid-market/enterprise customers across your region.
• Sell CFO/Head of Treasury value; FX cost savings and faster settlement.
• Lead pilots; coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Eng, Compliance, CS.
• Voice of the customer; feed Product/Engineering on features, APIs, and GTM.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years B2B sales; closing mid-market and enterprise deals; quota-bearing.
• Direct experience selling stablecoin/crypto payments or cross-border payments, FX, treasury.
• Strong understanding of regulated stablecoins, custody rails, counterparty risk; KYC/KYB compliance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus; strong cross-regional communication.
• Experience selling to CFOs/Heads of Treasury; multi-stakeholder procurement; consultative selling; ROI modeling.
• CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive or equivalent).
