📋 Description

  • Acquire new clients via outbound hunting; cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Target mid-market to enterprise; meet and exceed sales targets solo.
  • Own full sales cycle for InstantPay and stablecoin solutions.
  • Close mid-market and enterprise customers across your region.
  • Sell value to CFOs/Heads of Treasury; demonstrate FX savings.
  • Manage pipeline with territory planning and forecast to quota.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales with mid-market & enterprise wins.
  • Direct experience selling stablecoin or crypto payments.
  • Strong knowledge of regulated stablecoins, custody, KYC/KYB.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
  • Experience selling to CFOs/Heads of Treasury and multi-stakeholder processes.
  • CRM experience: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or equivalent.
