📋 Description

  • Acquire new clients via outbound hunting; cross-sell/upsell.
  • Identify opportunities in mid-market to enterprise; hit targets.
  • Own full sales cycle for InstantPay and stablecoin solutions.
  • Target/close mid-market and enterprise customers across region.
  • Sell to CFO/Head of Treasury; show FX savings and faster settlement.
  • Lead pilots; coordinate cross-functional delivery with product, eng, compliance, success, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years B2B sales; closing mid-market/enterprise deals; quota-bearing AE preferred.
  • Direct experience selling stablecoin/crypto or cross-border payments, FX, treasury.
  • Understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails, KYC/KYB/compliance.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
  • Experience selling to CFOs/Heads of Treasury; multi-stakeholder procurement.
  • Excellent consultative selling; ROI modeling; negotiate contracts.
