📋 Description

  • Acquire new clients via outbound hunting; cross-sell/upsell.
  • Target mid-market to enterprise; hit quota as an individual contributor.
  • Own full sales cycle for InstantPay and stablecoin solutions.
  • Close mid-market/enterprise clients across your region.
  • Lead pilots; coordinate cross-functional delivery with product, engineering, compliance, and partners.
  • Be the voice of the customer; provide feedback on features.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales with a track record closing mid-market & enterprise deals.
  • Direct experience selling stablecoin/crypto payments or cross-border FX/treasury.
  • Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails, KYC/KYB.
  • Fluent in English; strong cross-regional communication.
  • Experience selling to CFOs/Heads of Treasury; complex procurement.
  • Excellent consultative selling; build financial models, ROI, contracts.
  • B2B network in exporters, e-commerce, logistics, SaaS.
  • Comfort in a high-velocity startup; independent; metrics-driven.
  • Experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or equivalent).
