📋 Description

  • Acquire new clients via outbound hunting; cross-sell & upsell.
  • Identify opportunities in mid-to-enterprise segments; meet quotas.
  • Own full sales cycles for Jeeves InstantPay and stablecoin solutions.
  • Target and close mid-market/enterprise customers across your region.
  • Sell to CFO/Head of Treasury; demonstrate FX savings and faster settlement.
  • Manage pipeline with territory plans, account strategies, and accurate forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years B2B sales; enterprise closes; quota-bearing AE preferred.
  • Direct experience selling stablecoin/crypto infra or cross-border payments, FX, treasury.
  • Knowledge of regulated stablecoins, custody, rails, counterparty risk; KYC/KYB.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
  • Experience selling to CFOs/Heads of Treasury; multi-stakeholder procurement.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or equivalent.
