📋 Description

• Review, research, and resolve outstanding insurance balances
• Follow-up on patient accounts to support insurance payment resolution
• Verify claim statuses and rebill when needed
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare next steps
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve workflow

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year in related field; medical billing/coding coursework may substitute
• Familiarity with PHI, privacy, and security requirements
• Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, able to work independently and in team
• Experience with healthcare billing/revenue cycle a plus
