Account Manager

📋 Description

• Embedded within a client pod to manage day-to-day operations of client projects
• Primary contact for client communications and project coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Identify challenges and develop solutions to keep projects moving

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years in social media, digital marketing, or advertising
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Airtable, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong knowledge of advertising principles and social-first content development
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and scope-of-work management is a plus
