📋 Description

• Develop relationships and negotiate terms with Baltic/Balkan e-commerce leaders
• Upsell campaigns and products to grow accounts
• Provide campaign performance transparency to client reps
• Create retargeting strategies for different verticals
• Optimize campaign performance to meet clients' goals
• Travel across Baltic and Balkan regions for client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of online advertising, esp. performance marketing
• About 2 years of client-facing online ad campaign management
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for client meetings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English fluency (C1+); knowledge of additional market languages is a plus
