• Role based in Bay of Plenty; travel within region required.
• Primary contact for Halter customers; drive farmer success.
• Support onboarding, training, and deployment on farms.
• Renewals, retention and expansion of Halter revenue.
• Build strong relationships with farmers and teams.
• Represent Halter in local communities and networks.

• 3-5 years in relationship/account management.
• Dairy farming or agriculture sector exp.
• Strong business acumen.
