  • Manage B2B customers in China without assigned KAM coverage.
  • Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product expansion (IDEs, AI, Team Tools).
  • Grow recurring revenue by converting trials and expanding usage.
  • Run full-funnel sales: inbound/outbound, qualify leads, proposals, forecast.
  • Collaborate with CS Engineering, Product, Marketing, and KAM teams.

  • 2โ€“4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales (SaaS/dev tools).
  • Strong relationship-building; manage a high-volume portfolio.
  • Proven upsell, cross-sell, renewal, or expansion success.
  • Analytical approach to pipeline management and prioritization.
  • Familiarity with SPIN or value-based sales methodologies.
  • Native Chinese and professional English (B1/B2) required.
