🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. Master's a plus
• 1-3+ years in account management within a marketing agency
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts
• Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Basecamp, Asana)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; leadership and mentoring ability
• Proficiency with agile methodologies (Scrum) and multi-project prioritization
