📋 Description

• Own and grow customer accounts across regions
• Identify new opportunities via prospecting and campaigns
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Maintain forecast and pipeline to hit targets
• Build relationships with decision-makers and champions
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, CS, and management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in EOR or SaaS sales
• Track record of quota attainment
• Residence in a major European city; right to work in NL
• Fluent English and Dutch
• Consultative sales approach with discovery skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
