📋 Description

Act as the primary Japan-based consultant for global enterprise clients.
Own end-to-end retention for Japan entities; identify churn risks.
Serve as the high-touch contact for Lyra's strategic Japanese HQ.
Tailor open enrollment and mental health campaigns for the Japanese workforce.
Coordinate rapid-response clinical support for regional crises.
Provide market insights on local trends, regulatory changes, provider gaps.
Collaborate with Global Account Managers to ensure a unified One-Lyra in Japan.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience in account management
Experience with large global customers is desirable
Experience with EAP management or healthcare sales is an advantage
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce
A background in Clinical Psychology or Counselling is an advantage
Experience in financial management of client contracts is essential
