📋 Description

• Revenue Retention & Expansion: own retention, renewals and expansion targets in the region.
• Account Management: renew customer agreements and expand revenue by adding value in every
• Deployment: support onboarding, training and implementation of Halter system on customers\' farms.
• Relationship Building: cultivate genuine relationships with farmers, teams and families.
• Farmer Success: help customers set goals, timelines and metrics of success.
• Problem-Solving: provide prompt, effective support addressing technical or operational challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in relationship or account management roles.
• Experience in dairy farming or agriculture with passion for helping farmers.
• Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Northern Victoria (role/location based).
• Team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to evolve with the team.
