📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with customers, acting as a knowledgeable advisor on
• Manage key accounts by understanding customer needs, applications, workflows, and business
• Conduct customer engagements through virtual meetings and territory-based visits to strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within laboratory, scientific, healthcare, or related
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications, workflows, and
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers at multiple organizational
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft
