Account Manager - International Remittance

📋 Description

• Onboard new merchants to adopt payments (QR, e-wallets).
• Build/maintain merchant relationships to drive volume, retention.
• Negotiate MDRs, terms, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with Product/Tech/Operations for onboarding and integration.
• Serve as primary contact for merchant queries and escalations.
• Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Marketing or related
• 1–3 years in merchant acquisition or key account management (fintech/payments/e-commerce)
• Proven sales/BD in fintech or financial services
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship mgmt skills
• Data analysis to derive actionable insights for growth
• Self-motivated, target-driven, fast-paced; Mandarin a plus
