📋 Description

  • Lead and develop the Enterprise Account Management team, owning quota, retention, and expansion.
  • Act as player-coach: directly manage priority accounts and join key conversations.
  • Drive revenue growth; champion cross-sells and expansion with rigor.
  • Lead post-sales and renewal cycles; unblock issues, drive adoption, identify expansion.
  • Set strategic direction for the post-sales playbook and segmentation.
  • Design repeatable playbooks for renewals, upsells, and adoption; embed AI and automation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Account Management or Customer Success in SaaS, enterprise focus.
  • Proven track record of owning/exceeding revenue targets with expansion mindset.
  • 3+ years direct people leadership, coaching and enablement.
  • Deep AI fluency; uses AI tools in daily workflow and understands AI agents.
  • Strong player-coach mindset; manage key accounts while leading others.
  • Renewal/expansion/NRR success; post-sales expertise.
