Account Manager - Local Payments

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new merchants to use our payment services (POS/QR/e-wallets).
• Build and maintain relationships with existing merchants to drive usage and retention.
• Negotiate MDRs, terms, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and ops to support onboarding.
• Serve as main point of contact for merchant queries and escalations.
• Monitor accounts and portfolio performance; track volumes and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2–4 years in merchant acquisition, biz dev, or account mgmt (fintech/payments/e-commerce).
• Proven experience closing deals and managing a high-volume portfolio.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with drive to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Mandarin Chinese skills a plus.
