📋 Description

  • Own the full commercial relationship and customer success for a book of 100–200 corporate accounts.
  • Drive net revenue retention (NRR), renewals, and cross-sell across ElevenLabs products.
  • Build systems, playbooks, and scalable motions to operate at scale.
  • Advise on agent design, voice customization, and integrations; use data to spot friction.
  • Partner with high-growth accounts to deliver value and renew with conviction.
  • On the ground with customers, advise on product usage and value realization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS, DevTools, or AI/ML.
  • Track record of owning commercial outcomes: quota, renewals, cross-sell, expansion.
  • Comfort with high-volume books and a systems mindset; build playbooks and repeatable motions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs; able to discuss with developers.
  • Experience using product usage data to spot health signals and expansion opportunities; mitigate churn.
  • Strong communicator who can move between founders, technical leads, and procurement.
  • Preferred: Experience in voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI.
  • Preferred: Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform.
