📋 Description

  • Own full commercial relationships for 25–50 enterprise accounts
  • Drive renewals, expansion, and cross-sell across ElevenLabs products
  • Build executive relationships and success plans for large customers
  • Advise on agent design, voice customization, integrations, and data usage
  • Maintain NRR ownership and renewals across the book
  • Collaborate with product/engineering to remove friction and add value; Remote-first (ET/CT/MT/PT)

🎯 Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS/AI
  • Own revenue outcomes end-to-end - quota, retention, and expansion
  • Navigate deals where champion and economic buyer aren’t aligned
  • Hold technical conversations with developers; APIs and SDKs
  • Use product data to spot health signals and expansion opportunities
  • Present to a C-suite and close with procurement
  • Preferred: experience in voice AI or multi-product platform sales
