📋 Description

• Own retention, renewals and expansion targets in the region.
• Renew customer agreements and expand revenue with Halter.
• Deploy: support onboarding, training and implementation on farms.
• Build strong relationships with farmers and their teams.
• Drive farmer success with clear goals, timelines and metrics.
• Provide technical advice on reproduction, pasture and agronomy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in relationship/account management.
• Dairy farming or agriculture sector experience.
• Strong business acumen.
• Positive, collaborative team player.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environment.
• Growth-minded with eagerness to evolve with team.
