Account Manager (Renewals)

📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts, prioritizing activities based on account
• Own the end-to-end renewal process, tracking upcoming renewals, maintaining accurate forecasts, and
• Lead commercial conversations around pricing, discounts, contract terms, and multi-year commitments
• Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending additional
• Monitor account health indicators, including usage patterns, payment status, renewal timelines, and
• Prevent churn by identifying potential issues early and coordinating solutions with internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, renewals, or sales, preferably
• Experience managing customer portfolios and owning renewal or retention targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the confidence to discuss pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Experience working with CRM platforms, sales tools, dashboards, and structured account management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and
