Account Manager, Retail

📋 Description

• Train venues with the Onboarding team to start quickly.
• Drive MoM sales growth; measure KPIs; analyze; run quality checks.
• Own partner assortment; suggest initial listings and optimize items.
• Improve conversion rates with partners by sharing tools and best practices.
• Gather partner feedback and translate into product/marketing/ops improvements.
• Act as a key communicator between operations and retail partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years in account management or business development with impact.
• Proven ownership of a small, high-value retail portfolio and initiatives.
• Advanced analytics in Looker or Power BI, plus strong spreadsheet skills.
• Skilled negotiator who drives adoption of solutions and crafts data-driven business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management across HQ, regional and store levels.
• Native German and fluent in English.
