• 3–5 years in client services, digital marketing, or tech consulting with growth track
• Strategic pitch skills; comfortable coordinating SMEs for compelling pitches
• Hunter-farmer mindset; agile and relationship-focused
• Strong verbal and written communication; confident in client meetings
• Organized and able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
• Humble collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• CRM tools and account/contract administration familiarity
• Experience with digital marketing, martech, or tech consulting engagements
• Experience supporting SOW/contract processes in client-facing roles
