📋 Description

• Lead client relationships and drive strategic growth for a portfolio of clients.
• Transform transactional projects into long-term monthly retainers.
• Translate paid social performance data into high-impact creative briefs and ad concepts.
• Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to optimize ad hooks and creative iterations.
• Oversee project milestones at a high level without daily execution concerns.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Account Management or Client Strategy experience at a performance marketing or UGC
• Deep understanding of paid social landscape (Meta & TikTok) and performance levers.
• Proven track record of growing client accounts and retaining renewals.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with elite presentation skills.
