Account Manager (Tasman)

📋 Description

• Own retention, renewals, and expansion targets in the Tasman region.
• Onboard, train, and implement Halter on customers' farms.
• Renew customer agreements and expand Halter revenue by adding value.
• Deploy Halter: onboarding, training and successful farm adoption.
• Build strong relationships with farmers, teams, and families.
• Partner with customers to set goals, timelines and success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relationship/account management experience.
• Experience in dairy farming or agriculture is a bonus.
• Strong business acumen.
• Positive attitude and collaborative team player.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with autonomy.
