ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAINEE

📋 Description

• Support inquiries from customers and address their needs.
• Manage account setup and service delivery, including payment tracking.
• Define, follow up and confirm MD quotations; inform booking changes.
• Support AMs in meetings to discuss progress and improve business.
• Perform random audits of team reports.
• Provide information to Finance to invoice services.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Relations or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to multitask and handle several responsibilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• At least 1 year experience in operations/customer service (plus).
