Support inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
Manage account setup (GIs, Commercial, user access, company structure) and services setup in the
Define and confirm MD quotation with coordination and inform booking changes to customers.
Assist AMs during meetings to discuss progress and improve business.
Perform random audits to reports sent by our team.
Provide information to Finance to invoice services and follow up on payments.

🎯 Requirements

Education: bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Relations or related field.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
Proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
At least one year of experience in operations/customer service is a plus.
