📋 Description

• Own retention, renewals and expansion targets in the West Coast region.
• Ensure farmers extract full value from Halter.
• Renew customer agreements and grow Halter revenue.
• Support onboarding, training and deployment on farms.
• Build relationships with farmers, teams and families.
• Define success metrics and timelines with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in relationship management/account management.
• Dairy farming or agriculture experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and autonomous work style.
