Account Placement Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end client engagement process for Wing Assistant.
• Run discovery calls and qualify client needs; present Wing's value with live vetted candidates.
• Close deals and formalize next steps within 30–60 minutes in Discord/JRF.
• Maintain a current, taggable candidate bench by role, industry, and availability.
• Ensure candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min with backups identified.
• Finalize compliance and matching after a deal closes; coordinate onboarding status in real time.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, account exec, or client-facing roles (staffing/recruitment/BPO a plus).
• Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative conversations.
• Experience facilitating live candidate introductions and real-time client interactions.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to own processes end-to-end.
• Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus.
