Account Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Establish and expand relationships with physicians and staff in Knoxville
• Drive account retention and growth with field sales partners
• Serve as primary contact for clinical workflows and test fulfillment
• Prioritize daily field schedules to balance touchpoints and strategic tasks
• Educate medical professionals on Natera tools and patient resources
• Collaborate with CFSs, SAMs, MSLs, and patient coordinators to maximize growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's with 4+ years relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years B2B or medical sales with targets met
• OR background as medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nurse
• Knoxville/East Tennessee market knowledge preferred
• Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Analytical skills to review patient compliance metrics
