Account Specialist, Anti Infectives - Baltimore East, MD

📋 Description

• Maximize opportunities for product portfolio in assigned geography.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Hospitals, IDNs, Academic Institutions
• Grow patient access to products per approved labels; expand current business and achieve geography
• Network, provide client services, and understand institutional/medical practices.
• Field-based role; candidates should live within reasonable distance from primary city.
• Territory includes Easter Shore, MD; Baltimore East, MD; and all of Delaware.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy or business-related field preferred; or 5+ years
• Account-based selling experience in Hospitals/IDN/academic settings; ability to navigate matrix
• Knowledge of formulary approvals; experience with Buy and Bill and specialty pharmacy beneficial.
• Strong sales history, communication skills, and ability to present complex scientific/product
• Business acumen, planning, organization, and ability to manage multiple accounts; travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass background checks and credentialing requirements (HCIR).
