Account Specialist, Anti-Infectives - Minneapolis, MN

📋 Description

• Field-based role; candidate lives near primary city.
• Maximize opportunities for Anti-Infectives portfolio in assigned geography.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Hospitals, IDNs, Academic Institutions, and other accounts.
• Drive patient access, new business, and geographies sales goals through collaboration.
• Network, provide client services, and understand institutional/medical practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/related field or 5+ years in pharma/health/science; high
• Account-based selling experience in Hospitals/Infusion centers; navigate matrix environments.
• Knowledge of formulary process and driving approvals; Buy and Bill and specialty pharmacy
• Proven sales performance, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong planning, organization, presentation, and data-driven account strategies.
• Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements and have valid driver’s license; travel as needed.
