📋 Description

  • Coordinate projects, case management activities, reporting, training, and operational processes
  • Support strengthening accountability and safeguarding systems across international programs.
  • Work remotely with country offices, regional teams, partners, and HQ to maintain consistent
  • Balance hands-on coordination with data, documentation, systems administration, and process
  • Help manage complaint and feedback mechanisms, safeguarding compliance, and sensitive processes.
  • Contribute to impact across cultures and global teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development, public administration, social sciences, or related
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, safeguarding, accountability, or related
  • International or cross-cultural experience with field offices, global teams, partners, or
  • Relevant safeguarding or accountability experience in humanitarian, development, nonprofit, or
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Data and systems proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with data, case-management
