📋 Description

• Manage OTC processes with Sales Coordinators; approve insertion orders and contracts.
• Align with global Revenue Assurance processes and issues.
• Assist integration of subsidiary CRM/ERP tools into Pinterest stack.
• Participate in monthly revenue close; prepare deferred revenue entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Support system testing and automation to streamline revenue tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA preferred.
• 4-6 years accounting experience; Big 4 plus industry preferred.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient in NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Datahub/SQL.
• Strong PM, organizational, and multi-project handling skills; detail-oriented.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to design and implement internal controls.
