Accountant III - San Antonio, TX Hybrid

📋 Description

• Analyze and classify routine to complex accounting transactions
• Prepare documentation for journal entries and review work
• Support GAAP compliance and control environment
• Coordinate month-end close with business owners
• Perform financial reporting analytics and anomaly detection
• Participate in special projects as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Six+ years accounting experience or four years with a Master's
• Solid experience with reconciliations and technical accounting
• Strong Excel skills; SAP/Oracle and Hyperion Essbase a plus
• Experience with standard journal entries and internal controls
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with management
