Accounting Analyst (Canada & Colombia Support)

📋 Description

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions for Canada and Colombia.
• Support monthly closings and related reporting.
• Assist with tax compliance under supervision.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations across ledgers.
• Monitor expenses, revenues, and vendor invoices in accounting systems.
• Support payroll and multi-currency transactions and intercompany reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to Canadian or international standards.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, and Stripe.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with remote and international teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
